• Providing detailed information about the problem (taking pictures, handing over the product for analysis), 
• Management of non-conforming parts, 
• Coordination of containment measures,
• Ability to test claimed parts with special equipment,
• Usage of a quality toolset (APQP, PFMEA, CP, SPC, MSA, 6 Sigma, 8D, etc.)
